Shipping policy

Order Processing Orders are prepared within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation (excluding weekends and U.S. federal holidays).

Standard Delivery Once shipped, standard delivery typically takes 5–8 business days within the contiguous United States. Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays or weather.

Free Shipping Orders totaling $50 or more (before tax) qualify for free standard shipping within the contiguous U.S. Orders under $50 incur a flat shipping fee displayed at checkout.

Shipping Destinations We currently ship to addresses within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time.

Tracking You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to update.

Lost or Damaged Packages If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact support@circularselect.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and, if necessary, ship a replacement.

Address Accuracy Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect address information provided by the customer.
